Ray founded Performance Lacrosse and is current President. He has coached multiple Performance teams and clinics, also local youth teams in Bethesda Lacrosse and Olney leagues. Ray plays defense for the Ohio Machine (MLL) in 2012. Before that he played for the Chesapeake Bayhawks and a MLL Championship and for the Boston Cannons, where he was a first round draft pick and rookie of the year. Ray played for the University of Maryland, all four years and was recognized as a multiple All-American, ACC All-Conference, ACC All-Tournament, and USILA Team honors.
