Recruit Profile
Coachable, hard working, team-focused, and dependable defensive leader with a deep love for the game.

I began playing lacrosse at age 11, where I quickly took to the game. In that first season, I was recruited to play club lacrosse, where I focused in on defense and the draw. During my freshman season, I was a starting defender and was named to the ESIAC All Conference. In my sophomore season, I returned to the team again as a starting defender, and once again was named to the ESIAC All Conference. In addition to lacrosse, I also play girls varsity soccer and participate in the performing arts, particularly musical theater. I am a member of the National Honor Society, and maintain an A average in school. In my spare time, I volunteer to help coach the younger divisions of lacrosse for Beach Lacrosse / LBC.

Reagan Sterrs is an outstanding defensive player on our Lady Blue Crab 2024 club team. Reagan Lacrosse IQ helps her track both girl and ball, communicate with her teammates, and work hard in transitions. Reagan can implement what is being asked of her and is always willing to learn both sides of the field and the draw. She works hard and always wants to learn to do better. Not only is she a well-rounded player that can use both her left and dominate right but she is also essential to our team chemistry. Coaching Reagan l I have seen her grow and work hard to become a valuable player on our defensive end. Her willingness to learn and grow as a player will allow her to play at the next level. I continue to see her learn something new every day and put it into practice. She is truly a well-rounded player both on and off the field.

I have coached Reagan at the club and varsity level for 4 years, and you will not find a harder working player. Reagan is constantly analyzing her game, and her opponents, and working to make the adjustments to succeed on the field. Very good stickwork, both left and right, and a huge asset in transition. While she is a defender, we have also used her as a midfielder at times and she has done very well in that role. Quick feet for lock down 1v1, and also has the lax IQ to help her teammates with slides and off ball. Understands the defensive game very well. Tall and strong, to be able to match up with any player on attack. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend to play at the collegiate level.
