Recruit Profile
I believe in paying attention to detail, being a leader, being coachable, working hard on and off of the field. I'm aggressive, and a multi sport athlete.
I love all team sports and have played just about every one (baseball, soccer, football, tennis, swimming, lacrosse) through the years.
I started playing lacrosse in 3rd grade and loved it. I have played summer/fall travel ball plus community lacrosse since the summer after 4th grade. In youth lacrosse, I played both long pole and goalie. I have been the starting Varsity goalie since my freshman year of High School. As a freshman, I had a 58% saves (13.7 per game). My sophomore year, I had 220 saves (14 per game) and a 61% save percentage. I was 4th on the team in Ground Balls with 45. I was also highlighted by 2018 MaxPreps HS Top 10 plays of the week in week 9 for a full field goal off a save. I have been a Showcase all-star at T-99 twice and at Blue Chip 225 the year I attended. I was also a MadLax National team member for 3 years while I played for the Texas affiliate program.
I also played HS Football a freshman in TX and again as a Junior in PA. As a junior I was a starter on Defense for The Kiski School. In Middle school I also played tennis. In Texas, I was involved in Young Men's Service League, a mother/son service organization that serves the local community. I enjoyed volunteering with our Study Buddies program, where I was able to help low income students with their homework after school.
This year I transferred from public school in Texas to boarding school in Pennsylvania for a better academic environment. My grades have improved with tougher classes, and I am learning what it takes to be on my own for college (study habits, time management, laundry, money management, etc.).

Nick Blumer
Wesley is an outstanding ball stopper. He has continued to improve on all facets of the goalie position and has truly turned into a top goalie in the 2020 class. He is a good decision maker in the clearing game and runs the show on the defensive end for us.

Pat Debolt
Wesley, is the top 2020 goalie in Texas and he has the ability to play at the D1 level as long as he continues to work hard. Wesley has the ability to make inside/outside saves, effectively clear the ball and is the quarterback/staple of the Sentry defense.
