Rocky Phelps is a tremendously talented, multi-sport athlete who is totally committed to self-improvement and team success. She is a selfless player who places the needs of her team before her own. Rocky has a strong lacrosse IQ, and operates effectively in the offensive, defensive, and transition schemes of the game. Rocky is an able Draw-Taker; an aggressive shooter; and a tenacious defender. Rocky is also gifted with several intangibles coaches eagerly seek from their players: she is a natural leader; she is calm under pressure; she is willing to work extra sessions in both lacrosse and physical fitness disciplines to ensure her efficiency and effectiveness all facets of her game; and she is both humble, respectful and gracious in both victory and defeat. Rocky always seeks to include all of her teammates for activities both on and off the field, and she is a proven, natural team-builder. I am completely confident that Rocky will continue to develop as a stand-out lacrosse player, and I would strongly endorse Rocky playing at the collegiate-level. Rocky is an absolute pleasure to have on my advanced travel lacrosse team, and is an integral part to our teams' success.
