Coach Ketcham is starting his 12th year on the USMMA staff ahead of the 2021 season.

He came to the Academy after five years as the Head Lacrosse Coach and Director of Athletics at SUNY Maritime College. While at Maritime, he had the privilege of coaching two All-Americans, nine All-Conference Players and a Conference Player of the Year.

Before his tenure at SUNY Maritime he was an Assistant Coach in the Garden City Lacrosse program with current Assistant Coach Doug Dwyer, a volunteer assistant coach at Kings Point in the mid-90s as well as Hofstra University in 2001, and the Head Lacrosse and Football Coach at North Shore High School. He has presented at regional lacrosse conferences as well as the 2007 U.S. Lacrosse national conference in Philadelphia.

He is currently the Executive Director of OldSchoolLax.org, a Not-For-Profit concerned with enhancing the growth of the game of Lacrosse nationally and internationally.

He is a retired teacher, coach and educational administrator in the North Shore Schools. For 15 years he was a national and international speaker concerning innovative programs for the education of At-Risk students.

He and his wife, Carol, live in Carle Place, N.Y. They have two sons, Todd and Doug. Todd and his wife Cori and grandson, Finnegan live in Portland, Maine; Doug resides in Hauppauge, N.Y.
