I've coached Ryan from the time he was a youth player to present. He is a 2 year starting midfielder/attack entering his junior year. He's a "Do it all" player that I use at every position. His biggest asset is creating opportunities for his teammates and himself in both settled and unsettled situations. Coming out of a timeout, Ryan is on the field regardless if we are on offense or defense.
