I like to put a big emphasis on effort and fundamentals
Im big with how you carry yourself as a player when a coach isnt watching as well what you are doing to improve yourself off of the field
Im more of a players coach- I believe listening to the kids and getting there insight of what they think we should run offensively as a team that would help us be more successful
I believe complacency is the key to failure - there is always an opportunity to make yourself better

played lacrosse at Comsewogue hs for Pete Mitchell from 2008-2011 was a 3x all county selection, played in 2 county championships in 4 years winning 1 in 2010
was selected to the Long Island empire team in 2010
played midfield at NYIT from 2011-2015 was a 2x all American
Ive coached varsity lacrosse for the last 5 years at Comsewogue under pete Mitchell as an assistant offensive coordinator
within the last 5 years I helped our team win back to back county championships in 2021 and 2022
worked and trained with some of the best offensive players in the country guiding them to prestigious careers with prestigious honors (all American, all county, etc.)
with a fairly new summer program and our first year together, i coached the twenty4 23 Rage - winning the 2022 blatant mid summer shootout championship
