Doug Gallant
I've coached Ryan for the last 3 years in club. He shows great leadership and communication on the field by commanding where players need to be on the field. Ryan's shows great coach ability by understanding new concepts and taking any changes to technique. His athleticism and work ethic are second to none, always looking to better himself. On the field Ryan tracks the ball well and attacks shots with purpose. Ryan can be a game changer by making key saves in big moments. On top of that Ryan makes good decisions in the clearing aspect of the game by finding open men and completing passes in tight spaces.
