Paddock comes to Hanover after serving as an Operations Assistant at the University of Florida where he assisted and helped manage the gameday optics as well as provide fans with a championship experience.

Ryan honed his lacrosse skills while serving as a student manager for the University of Florida Women’s Lacrosse program helping with day-to-day operations including the setup of drills and gameday logistics.

Ryan graduated from the University of Florida in 2020 with a degree in Sport Management and minor in Business Administration. He currently attends the University of Cincinnati where he is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Sport Administration.
