Ryan Stow is in his first season as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Ohio Wesleyan University.

Stow comes to Ohio Wesleyan from Westminster (Pa.) College, where he served as offensive coordinator and assistant coach for 4 seasons. During his time at Westminster, the Titans advanced to the championship game of the Presidents Athletic Conference tournament twice and set school season records for goals, assists, and points in 2021.

Prior to Westminster, he was offensive coordinator at Glencoe High School in Hillsboro, Ore., for 2 seasons, helping guide the team to a state quarterfinal appearance and a pair of conference championships. He also has 2 years' coaching experience with various age levels at Awestruck Lacrosse in Hillsboro, Ore.

Stow is a 2016 graduate of Aurora University, earning a degree in business administration with a minor in coaching. He helped the Spartans win 3 consecutive Midwest Lacrosse Conference titles, compiling a record of 26-0 in league play during those 3 seasons; win the MLC tournament 3 times; and advance to the second round of the NCAA Division III tournament in 3 straight seasons. He continued his education at Westminster, earning a master's degree in education in 2020.
