I have been playing lacrosse since 2nd grade, but started playing club during 4th grade. Freshman year I attended Benet Academy in lisle, Illinois. I made varsity as a freshman, unfortunately covid-19 virus shutdown the whole world and the lacrosse season was put on hold. Sophomore year, I attended The Oliverian School. Oliverian didnt offer any sports because of covid, but I was able to take a snowboarding class. My junior and senior year, I will attend kents hill school in maine. They offer a great lacrosse team and a snowboarding slope style team also. During my first season at Kents Hill, I wanted to establish myself as a leader on and off the field. I started off by helping my newer teammates learn the game of lacrosse and its fast pace play style. As a result, I feel I learned more about the fundamentals of lacrosse and it really slowed the game down in my mind. I take pride in my ability to clear the ball and push transition while the defense is recovering. I am able to play great on ball defense and apply pressure. I love to communicate with my defensive unit and sliding on ball and creating a double is one of my favorite parts of lacrosse.
