Hi coaches! My name is Sam and I am currently a Sophomore at Severna Park High School in Maryland. I was a 3-sport student-athlete my Freshman year, playing volleyball, running indoor track, and lacrosse. I earned my Varsity letter in Indoor Track last year and posted the fastest 300M time of any freshman in my county.

I've been playing lacrosse in the Severna Park community for as long as I can remember. I've been lucky enough to play on some great teams - from winning a county championship with my rec team to winning the National Girls Lacrosse League Mid-Atlantic division with my club team, MD United East.

I've played Midfield and Attack for MD United East since the 5th grade and consider myself one of the leaders on that team. I believe that some of my key strengths are speed, unselfishness, and coachability. I am also hardworking and a strong communicator.
