I have been playing lacrosse since I was seven years old, and I have been playing hockey since I could walk. I am a starting attacker on my high school varsity lacrosse team as well as starting defender and midfielder on my high school varsity field hockey team. I am ambidextrous and I have lettered in lacrosse and field hockey for two years. I received an award at a UNC Nike camp during my freshman year, and my shot is about 62 mph. I have over one hundred community service hours, and during the summer I work a full time job at a restaurant, while balancing field hockey in the morning, and travel practice at night, along with tournaments and clinics in the mix. I volunteer at the local animal shelter, a community daycare, for the local elementary school's basketball program, at my church, for my local middle school's drama department and at my high-school. I am in national honors society at school as well, and I have maintained straight As since seventh grade. I am an advocate for environmental preservation and I am looking into a biology major for college.
