I started playing lacrosse as a freshman in High School. After a year of playing I was offered a spot on the school girls national team, the under armor team, and a club travel team.
After receiving a scholarship to Quinnipiac, I became a four year starting goalie. During my time at Quinnipiac, I was ranked top five in the U.S for save percentage, all academic team, and defensive player of the week.I am in the top ten Quinnipiac records for career saves, goals against average, and highest saves per game average in the MAAC. After graduating, I was offered a spot to travel to Germany and play on a U.S team against various countries.
During my time at Quinnipiac, I began coaching travel lacrosse for my High School club team. I followed a team from fifth grade through high school and 89% of them committed to play collegiate lacrosse.
I believe that what makes an athlete special is not just their athletic ability, but who they are as a student and individual. My goal is to help players elevate themselves to the next level in all facets of their lives.

I started playing for Coach Sam when I was 10 years old. She saw potential in me from the start and never gave up on me. She has been such an influential part of my lacrosse career. Through her coaching, I developed a higher lacrosse IQ and better stick skills. Coach Sam always made the practices hard but fun. She incorporated drills that hit all areas that a lacrosse player should master. She was always there for me and the team on and off the field with encouraging words and constructive criticism. I'll never forget what she taught me.

When I started to play for Coach Sam I saw a huge improvement in not only my lacrosse skills and athleticism but my ability to work with my teammates and the ability to be myself as well. This has allowed me to develop friendships with teammates who I now consider family. Coach Sam goes above expectations in creating opportunities for her players and because of this, the majority of my teammates and I have committed to colleges that will allow us to continue playing the game we love. Coach Sam continued to keep the love of the game alive!

I decided to tryout for Team 91 the summer going into my freshman year of high school and it has completely changed my life. Coach Sam had seen potential in me that I had not yet discovered, and I can't thank her enough for that. She ultimately helped me develop a better lacrosse IQ and allowed me to become more assertive on the field. Coach Sam made the practices fun and enjoyable but more importantly, she was always one text away if I had any questions. Sam has truly helped me develop as a person and a player!
