My name is Sammy Wood I am a 2025 attacker for Garnet valley High School, and play club lacrosse for Phantastix. Last season my high school team qualified to the PIAA state semi finals. Ever since lacrosse was introduced to me as a kid I have been absorbed into the speed of the game. I am a driven, diligent athlete that works hard to achieve success on and off the field. As a result of my hard work and strong lax IQ I have been asked to be a team leader and step into any role needed by my coaches. Along with lacrosse I am a 2 year varsity starter for my high school soccer team. Being a multi-sport athlete has help by improve my athleticism, footwork, and speed. It has kept me motivated and able to improve my game every single day.
