Defense! I love playing defense against the other teams best players. Aggressive and disciplined. Quick transition clears.
Playing Lacrosse in Mountain Lakes since 1st/2nd grade. I have always been a defensive player no matter what sport I am playing (soccer, basketball). Shutting a team down on a defensive stand is as important to me as a goal. Sometimes it can change an entire game. When I am not playing lacrosse I enjoy Skiing in the winter and in the summer being at the beach surfing with my twin sister and friends. I also spend time working with a few local charities helping with fundraisers.

Sara performed at a very high level as a low defender in her freshman year and was a mainstay in our defense her sophomore year. Plays outstanding defense in both Man and Zone defenses. Strong stick skills with both hands. Vocal, aggressive and confident.

Sara is an strong 1v1 and team defender. She is quick and aggressive and has a great competitive nature. Her stick skills are solid which allow her to transition the ball easily into the offensive end. Sara understands both man to man and zone defensive concepts.
