I started playing lacrosse in the 2nd grade and I instantly fell in love with the sport! I had played a lot of sports when I was younger (basketball, cheer, soccer, softball, volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, Taekwondo, tennis, cross country), and even played some through middle school (basketball, cross country, and cheer), but lacrosse is truly the only one that I really had a passion for. In youth and middle school lacrosse, I played 50/50 field and goal, and split time between attack and defense. While I enjoyed field, I liked being in goal a whole lot more and felt like that I could make the most impact there, but the time I spent playing field really helped me to grow my Lax IQ. In 6th grade, we went 18-1, I had a 61.8% SA, 3.13 GAA, and we won the Ohio Cup - 1st place in A division where I was selected goalie of the tournament. In 8th grade, we had an undefeated season (26-0), I had a 69.5% SA, 2.17 GAA, with 9 defensive turnovers, and we also won the Ohio Girls Championship! I go to William Mason High School in Mason Ohio where I started on JV and was 1 of only 2 Freshman that dressed for every Varsity game. JV went undefeated (18-0), I had a 73.1%SA, 1.39GAA, stole 10 GB's, and caused several defensive turnovers. My Sophomore year I started on Varsity and my team went to the regional finals. I had 206 saves! I play summer lacrosse with Lacrosse for Wishes. We volunteer and raise money to help grant wishes for kids with illnesses (over $90,000 so far) and have done great playing as a team in the summer, and I have been selected to All Tournament Teams and All-Star games. I have also been selected to participate in Under Armor 150 both years that I was able to participate. In addition to Lacrosse for Wishes, I have played in goal for 2 other competitive club programs (Triumph Lacrosse and Major Force Lacrosse). At school, I volunteer with Hands Helping Heroes to Support and do services for local area veterans, and I'm active in my Church. Academically, I maintain an A average, with both AP and honors classes. My GPA is a 4.27. On the ACT I scored a 31. On the PSAT I scored a 1400.
