My name is Seth Hurt and I am a high school student, Class of 2021 at the Marine Science Magnet High School in Groton, CT. All of my life I have been raised with a growth mindset meaning that in order to be successful I know I need to focus on the positive and give 100% of my effort. When I provide 100% of my effort, I know I am setting myself and my team up for success.
Academically I excel in science, biology and history. I am interested in pursuing a career in a field that allows me to use my love of sports medicine, health and physical education. Athletically I need to always be active and looking to improve: My favorite sports are lacrosse and hockey. I am a great teammate because I am supportive of everyone on the team, I always put 100% effort into anything I am doing on or off the field and I am always willing to learn from my coaches and fellow teammates.
