Crossett will be working primarily with the defense this season.

Crossett was a defenseman at SUNY Cortland where he obtained many personal accolades such as All-SUNYAC, 1st Team All New York, 1st Team ALL-ECAC and was named an All-American. Crossett was known as a team first type of player and for this, his peers voted him as a Team Captain for the Red Dragons. Crossett was also part of the 2009 NCAA Division III National Championship Team.

Crossett has coached at various levels. He was an assistant coach at Widener University where he helped coach a strong NCAA Division III program. He was also an assistant coach at Le Moyne College where he was part of the 2013 NCAA Division II National Championship team.

Crossett Holds two Master Degrees in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management. He currently resides in Syracuse and works as a District Manager with ALDI.
