Mature, focused, driven, hard-working, dedicated, skillfull, agressive & SMART! She is brilliant in the classroom (4.0 ++), in the film room & on the field. Shannon is highly skilled with a great stick, fantastic dexterity, excellent dodging ability, keene vision & amazingly high/intuitve lax IQ. She is a true student of the game. Shannon is one of the most dedicated, passionate, pleasant and team oriented athletes I have ever coached. In addition to being a very athletic dual-sport athlete (field hockey) with has great offensive skills, Shannon is known for her RELENTLESS and undying commitment to redefend. She is the most impressive and productive (+/- scores & takeways -over- made turnovers) player I have coached in the last 5 year; in fact many of Shannons points come off takeaways on the clear. But Shannon's best skills are her "human skills" & strong character. Shannon is all about positive culture, team unity, team first mentality, great attitude, pleasant personality & NO drama, NO negativity.
