I began playing lacrosse in 2nd grade. In 8th grade, I was pulled up to varsity for the season, and became a starter on attack. I also played midfield for my high school if I was needed there. Im a starter on Long Island Empire at righty X, but I am not stuck in one position. I use both my hands to dodge and finish, and I pride myself on feeding cutters. I am a member of Key Club, Sophomore Class Club and Girls Love Mail Club. I take all honors classes in school along with AP World History this year with a 4.0 overall GPA. I provide help in school to anyone that needs it. On the field, I am coachable and apply what I learn to the game.

Sofia is a skilled and impactful player on the offensive end. She has good vision, excellent hands, and is a true student of the game. She has a knack for finding the goal and will quarterback our offense this year.
