Sophia Apple is a hard working, and committed multi-sport athlete, that trains year-round to be the best she can be. Sophia has worked tirelessly to have a dynamic stick, and has a knack for the cage. Her maturity level and decision-making skills set her apart. Sophia can play any position on the field, but is a natural attacker. Her strength and athleticism allow her to play in the midfield and understand both sides of the ball. I continue to be impressed with the way Sophia pushes herself and wants to learn. She raises the level on the field, and pushes the team to be better. She has great character and leads by example. Sophia will do great things in the next few years in high school, and I'm here to help her find the right fit at the college level.

Sophia is one of the hardest working, most competitive and driven players I've ever coached. She brings both passion and a high level of IQ of the game. She uses her height and athleticism to her advantage on the draw and on the offensive side of the field with her dodges to cage. The upside and amount of potential this player has is amazing - I'm so thankful I have the opportunity to coach Soph during her middle school and now high school years. Soph is going to do great things on the lacrosse field in the next few years, both from a player and leadership standpoint.
