I started playing lacrosse when I was 9 years old. I began playing as an attack, and then would also play in goal. My 1st year of Club Lacrosse was in 5th grade. During this time i was able to play half of the game in attack, then the other in goal. By 7th grade I began to focus on goal, because i loved the challenge of this position. I began specializing on goal and started to train with Dianna Eberl and most recently Joe Gigantiello. I like the fact that goal is a very disciplined position, however I am still able to show my speed. Lacrosse is a skilled yet thrilling sport, but most of all its a ton of fun to play! Even though I am dedicated to goal, I am always found outside in my backyard with my music and field stick hitting the rebounder and scoring goals. Aside from Lacrosse, i have played club soccer since second grade, up until my freshman year of high school. As a soccer player, I played midfield. This past year i wanted to challenge myself and decided to play Field Hockey. I played my first game as a Varsity goalie and achieved a shutout! Field Hockey was a blast! Off the field, I love to write and listen to music and sing. My favorite subjects are English and Algebra. I plan to major in journalism and possibly pursue my law degree. Anyone who knows me will always say that I'm always smiling, because negativity will do nothing but bring you down.
