I have worked with Sophia through virtual lessons to review film and do live drills. Throughout our film studies and lessons, she was consistently attentive, asked great questions, and was very open to receiving feedback. She is a great dodger and shooter who has a strong work ethic.

Sophia has a terrific ability to read offensive opportunities and create scoring momentum. She has excellent stick skills on both sides and is an efficient scorer. Sophia is a wonderful teammate, and she has a driven work ethic. She is also highly effective in the midfield transition.

Sophia is a very skilled lacrosse player and excellent attacker. Her stickwork is fluid, protected and crafty. She works very well within the offensive unit, has great field vision and is incredibly active off-ball. She is a great finisher, particularly off of the feed.
