My name is Sophia White, and I am class of 2023 at Hauppauge High School, New York. I started to play lacrosse in my second grade, and began to take it serious in my freshman year of high school. Since then I have became an extremely determined/motivated player who is always looking to get better and work with my teammates. I learn easily when told to fix things, and am confident in my non-dominant hand. I have been on the starting lineup since I began my summer team, and one of the lead scorers both of these seasons. I often play behind the goal as a feeder on the left side, and have gotten numerous assists while playing in this position. On my off days I go to the gym to work on my legs/cardio. My current GPA is a 90. During my junior year I am taking one AP and one IB class. I am confident my knowledge will grow throughout this year.
