My name is Sophia Wright. I started playing lacrosse when I was 5 years old. I have played club lacrosse since 5th grade, playing for Lax Plus lacrosse club. As the teams main scorer, I take pride in my ability to find the net by dodging and using my stick skills. I feel comfortable with using both the left and right hand, which is very useful as an attacker. I was able to play on Longmeadow High School's varsity lacrosse team as a freshman. Along with lacrosse, I also play basketball and field hockey at the varsity level. I take very high academic classes, including mostly honors. I take pride in my academics and have a 4.9 GPA. I participate in many extra curricular activities such as clubs and volunteering. I am the secretary and director of communications for my class, which I take very seriously. I am also apart of the key club, Spanish club, FATE club, and the school newspaper, The Jet Jotter.
