Springer Hiatt
Recruit Profile
Great field and lacrosse IQ, coachble and willing to learn, team oriented, determined, and a multi-sport athlete.
When I was 7 I watched my brother play lacrosse with his friends and was jealous of the fun he was having. I immediately asked my mom to sign me up for the only club team in town, Winston Salem Lacrosse. There I played for 4 years. Skipping to middle school, I started playing on the High School Varsity Lacrosse team in 6th grade. Learning from the older, more experienced girls had forced me to play at a high level. This past year I tore my meniscus and it required surgery. Ive been spending the past 9 months in PT where I am recently back to full health and playing on my club team Ultimate Carolina Lacrosse and my school team. Because of my knee injury I had to overcome lots. I have not only grown athletically, but also I have grown in the skill of perseverance. Losing my health made realize how much I have and what I can do with it. I hope with my skill and perseverance I make a great addition to your team!
