I began playing lacrosse in the 3rd grade. Freshman year, which unfortunately was cut short, I played on the Varsity lacrosse team in the midfield position. As a leader on and off the field, I am confident communicating with my teammates from practices to offense, defense, and transition during games. I am strongly willed to pick up ground balls and focused when it comes to executing plays and finishing. Aside from lacrosse, I played on the JV soccer team where later in the season I was brought up to varsity. In addition, I played varsity field hockey in the fall of my freshman year and was awarded Rookie of the Year and First Team All League. While playing three varsity sports at a high school with the #1 sports program in California, I was also able to maintain a 4.0 GPA throughout the year. I plan to continue a rigorous academic schedule and will have classes such as AP Spanish, AP U.S. History, AP English Language, AP Psychology, and Advanced Business Management. Outside of school and sports, I am an active member of National Charity League and particularly enjoy volunteering at the Helen Woodward Animal Center.
