My name is Stone Smith and I started playing lacrosse when I was eight years old. I am a two-sport athlete in the class of 2023. I have three varsity letters in football and was the captain of my undefeated JV lacrosse team as a sophomore. I was named the Defensive MVP and was one of the leaders of the team in caused turn overs and ground balls. I enjoy defending behind X and pride myself on my physicality when taking on an attackman. I play on the Thunder Elite 2023 Orange club team.
I currently have a 4.0 unweighted GPA and completed AP Calculus BC, AP U.S. History, AP Literature, and AP Chemistry this past semester. I was recognized with the 2020-2021 award for outstanding achievement in Honors Chemistry my sophomore year and was inducted into the National Honor Society in the Fall of 2021. I would like to pursue a career in aerospace engineering. I volunteer in the children's ministry at church, and I also helped coach a U11 lacrosse team this past spring.
