I first began lacrosse at Geronimo in 5th grade. I have played both defense and midfield, and I made Varsity as a freshman at St. Catherines this year. I was accepted onto the National Virginia Team for USA lacrosse. My stick skills are strong in both hands along with explosive speed, endurance, and good field awareness and aggressive ground balls on defense and midfield. I also row crew in the fall season and run distance Indoor Track & Field with a mile time of 5:40. I take the highest courses offered at my school along with double language. My course freshman year included Honors Spanish 2 and Honors Latin 2, Algebra 2 Honors and Physics Honors. My upcoming sophomore year I will continue on the Honors track in English, Latin 3, Spanish 3, and History, along with taking an accelerated combination of Pre-Algebra and Calculus AB for Honors math, and another accelerated course combining Honors Biology and Chemistry(Biochem). I play the piano and volunteer at multiple organizations, including Geronimo, where I learned to play lacrosse, our local hospital St. Marys, and the Sacred Heart Center with Hispanic Children.
