Ever since third grade, Ive always had a lacrosse stick by my side. Ive been part of my club team, 3d Oregon, for seven years now. Im a righty midfield/defense player but am comfortable with both hands across the field. With a high lacrosse IQ, fast footwork, great field vision, and strong 1v1 defense/offense skills, I hope to take my playing to the next level in college. In addition, my determined and hardworking personality, along with my leadership qualities make me a great asset to any team.

About the Team: The 3d Oregon 2023 team has been competing together since 2106 and is the strongest class of players to come out of Oregon, with multiple DI level players on the squad. 2021 was the first year they competed in high school lacrosse and they all earned varsity starting spots and were impact players on their teams with nine players earning all-league honors as sophomores. The team has six players on the reigning State Champion team, Jesuit High School and four Under Armour All Americans. We’ve been champions at Oceanside Hustle, Park City Showdown, Santa Barbara Showdown, Rose City Showdown and in the finals at Sandstorm. We are looking forward to getting back on the field this summer and competing and showcasing our talents! Come to check us out!
Lauren Benner
Sydney is an incredibly tenacious defender - constantly on the prowl for interceptions, knock downs and checks. Her footwork is exceptional allowing her to stay underneath attackers on 1v1 defense and recover quickly. Sydney sets herself apart with strong stick skills that pose her as a huge threat in transition.
