Theona has good speed and agility, wonderful stick skills, and perhaps most importantly, the desire to be coached. Theona asks great questions and is quick to implement suggestions into her game. She is very bright and this translates by her ability to play anywhere on the field. Theona is a pleasure to coach and a loyal and dedicated teammate.
