I am currently a coach for the Belles Lacrosse Club in the Greater Philadelphia Area. I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, co-owner of Summit Performance Consulting. My mission is to help student-athletes gain self-awareness both on and off the playing field to maximize performance, break through their own limitations and learn how to manage their mental game to better performance.

I meet with athletes for both individual lacrosse training as well an individual mental performance training.
