Travis Blau was part of the original Felician University coaching staff in 2018, with particular attention to the defensive side of the ball.

Blau enters his first collegiate coaching position. He was the goalkeepers coach and defensive coordinator for Saint Rose High School of Belmar in 2014.

A native of Ocean County, Blau was a four-year goalie at Monsignor Donovan of Toms River (now Donovan Catholic) before graduating in 2008. He went on to play collegiately at Division-I Mount St. Mary's (Md.) University.

Blau owns a B.S. in sports management from MSMU (2012), a B.A. in English from Kean University (2013) and an M.A. in higher education and student affairs from Seton Hall University (2018). He is an English teacher at Burnet Middle School in Union, and has previously taught in the public school systems of Passaic and Rutherford. He resides in Jackson.
