I've been playing lacrosse for 9 years. Outside of lacrosse I develop my leadership skills by participating in activities such as Student Council and the Leadership in Training program at Brooks Summer camp; I also volunteer with my local youth lacrosse program to help young players develop their skills. On the field I apply my strategic thinking to read scenarios and make the smart decisions, beyond the field I like to use those skills to play chess. I'm always up to play in a chess tournament at our local youth center.

I also run the 600m on the varsity tack team. I'm coachable and look for every opportunity to engage with people in my network, helping me to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, re-evaluate my strengths, and grow both as an athlete and a person.
