I began playing lacrosse in the fifth grade for a local team in the western suburbs of Illinois and developed an immediate passion for the game. I decided to join the True Lacrosse family and quickly graduated from the Regional team to hold positions on both the State and National teams. Early in my development, I realized that I had a natural talent at the Faceoff X and have focused intensely on developing that talent through weekly training. As a result, I have become a top tier faceoff specialist for True Lacrosse. Additionally, I have also developed a passion for playing defensive midfield and enjoy quarterbacking the defense in man down situations. This spring I was selected to play with the IL Prep team and had the opportunity to compete against top tier programs in the Midwest as well as the IMG National Team and the University of Tampa. I recently began my junior year at Hinsdale Central High School and was named a Captain of the Varsity team as a junior (previously Freshman Team MVP/Captain - Sophomore season canceled). I embrace the opportunity to lead and pride myself on being a coachable/hardworking player with a calm intensity and a high degree of endurance. My long term goal for Lacrosse is to become a Faceoff/Midfielder and Captain for a competitive college lacrosse team. Off the field, I enjoy running, playing ping pong, spending time with family/friends and being an active participant in charitable organizations that have a direct impact on my community. I am currently an active board member of the Infant Welfare Society and hold summer employment at Salt Creek Tennis and Swim Club. In school, I am a strong student with significant interest in Math and Social Studies.
