Troy Reh joined the men's lacrosse staff in January 2022 as the defensive coordinator. Reh previously served as a volunteer assistant in 2018.

Reh is currently a member of Chaos LC in the Premier Lacrosse League. In 11 games during the 2019 season, Reh registered four goals, 20 ground balls, and six caused turnovers. He split time as an LSM during the 2020 Championship Series and registered 17 ground balls.

In 2022, Reh was named a PLL All-Star and participated in the Fastest Player event in the 2022 Skills Challenge presented by vineyard vines.

Reh, a Rocky Point, N.Y. native, attended Rocky Point High School. While playing college lacrosse at the University at Albany, Reh was a three-time conference champion, a USILA third-team All-American, a USILA Scholar All-American, and a three-time first-team all-conference member.

Reh graduated from UAlbany in 2018 with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance and management.
