I have a positive outlook, am kind, driven, passionate, coachable with a high lacrosse IQ, and always looking to improve myself and my teammates.
My name is Tyler (TJ) Green, I am a Junior at Nyack High School, in New York. I am currently the Varsity Goalie, play on the Riot North travel team and made the Hudson Valley Regional Team in the summer of 2020. I have been playing lacrosse since I was 10 years old, and made the Junior Varsity team as an eighth grader. I play the sport year round, including summer and fall travel as well as winter workouts and clinics.
I am passionate about being a goalie. I like being a leader on my team and inspiring us to work together as a cohesive unit. I have been developing my leadership skills in goal in order to help direct my defense to play strong, aggressive and smart ball. I am committed to my lacrosse relationships off the field as I understand how they benefit during game time.
I am a High Honors student with a 3.7 GPA and am enrolled in two AP classes. I volunteer at the local soup kitchen, deliver pizza on weekends and work as a lifeguard during the summer.
In addition to being a lacrosse goalie, I play defense for the varsity soccer team. I also am an avid skier and fisherman.

TJ is a top end student-athlete with a real high ceiling. He has strung together a number of standout performances when playing with our club. Confident, great hand speed and reads a shooter well. Equally as impressive is his ability to move the ball as a strong passer and decision maker in the clearing game. His trajectory is strong as he trains consistently.

TJ is a technically sound Goalie. His footwork is very good and hand speed is above average. I would also rate his outlets and release as very good. His HS Coach has produced 2 DI Goalies in the last 4 years.
