Vanessa Windsor joined the Randolph College women's lacrosse coaching staff in the summer of 2013.

She brings a strong knowledge of the women's game through her previous playing and coaching experiences.

Windsor was a three-year standout for Division II powerhouse Adelphi University in Garden City, N.Y., where she helped the Panthers earn the 2009 NCAA Division II National Championship. Windsor totaled 35 goals and 18 assists combined over the 2008 and 2009 seasons, as she played for legendary head coach Joe Spallina.

After learning from her playing experience, she finished her schooling at nearby Dowling College with a degree in business management in 2010. Windsor would then matriculate to Liberty, where she would attain her master's of human service with a specialization in health and wellness in May of 2013.

Her coaching background includes serving as the head coach of the 91 Lacrosse 11th grade team in the summer of 2009. While with 91 Lacrosse, she won over 80 percent of her games and place many players on collegiate rosters. She also helped coach clinics in Europe for two weeks while scrimmaging national teams during a trip with American International Sports tours.
