He assists in all facets of practice planning, game planning, game management, film breakdown, scouting and recruiting.

Will is a 2012 graduate of Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA. Where he was a three time offensive player of the year and served as team captain in his senior season. He finished his career as the programs All-Time Leading Scorer with 242 points (141, Goals) (101 Assists)

Coach DeLanoy is a Para-professional at the Elm Street School in Nashua NH and he is also the Head JV Lacrosse coach at Nashua North High School.

William resides in Merrimack, N.H. with his wife Emma and their two sons - Ronan & Griffin.
