I fell in love with lacrosse when I was 8 after moving to MD from MN. Starting on varsity as a freshman on closed defense, earning All-County Honors and winning a State Championship were 3 of my goals I accomplished in 2019. Im comfortable guarding both righties and lefties on all parts of the field having started originally as a midfielder then moving to closed. Currently in school I am taking AP computer science and registered next year for 3 honors courses. At school, I have consistently made honor roll and am a member of German National Honor Society. As a member of the varsity basketball and volleyball I compete year-round for my High School while training with my lacrosse club team Rock Lacrosse. To allow for cross training and injury prevention I also swim on a summer swim team. I participate in both Best Buddies and the Discovery Basketball programs where I get the opportunity to work with special needs children as this will help me towards my goal of becoming a teacher. On weekends, I referee soccer and basketball through our local rec council and during the summer work as a counselor at basketball camp.
