I have always aimed to put myself in a position to succeed. I am enrolled in 3 AP classes and 3 honors classes. These high level courses have helped me learn the importance of discipline. I also participate in my school's Game Changers Program where I lead discussions and programs to prevent domestic and sexual violence within our community, this experience has given me the opportunity to be a positive influence within my community. For almost a year now I've also worked at a grocery store in my town, which I feel has given me an appreciation for the meaning of hard work. I believe all these experiences have helped me succeed on the lacrosse field. I view my team as a community, and understand that my actions directly impact my teammates. This has helped shape me to be a leader by example.
