I started lacrosse in fourth grade in Florida where I played as a midfielder through recreational lacrosse. When I moved to Fairfax, Virginia in 6th grade I played for my local recreational lacrosse team as well. In middle school I continued to play and work on my stick work. Freshman year I joined Cardinals Club lacrosse team and was able to join the Woodson High Schools JV team. I also started playing field hockey as well and joined the freshman team at my high school. My sophomore year I was able to join my high schools varsity lacrosse team, along with their JV field hockey team. I also began coaching for my recreational team in my free time and volunteering as much as I could. I take honors and AP classes. I feel that by moving from Florida to Virginia and balancing my school work with sports has made me more versatile and prepared for upcoming challenges.
