I started playing lacrosse when I was 5, both of my parents played the sport and my younger siblings also play on our town team. Its a big part of my life and my family. I am comfortable with both hands and my biggest attribute is my ability to communicate with my team. Another one of my strengths is my speed and endurance. My favorite part of the sport is transitioning the ball down the field on a fast break. Over the summer of 2019 I took a particular interest in the draw and focused time on improving my technique and strength. As the only freshman on varsity, I saw considerable playing time in the SCC conference championship game.

In the fall, I swim for my high school team and have been on varsity since freshman year. In my free time I volunteer with Special Olympics, Elim Park rehabilitation center, and help out with Cheshires youth lacrosse teams. I am a driven student-athlete, and I challenge myself on the field and in the classroom. I took AP US history as well as Advanced chemistry sophomore year. Junior year I plan on taking AP language and composition along with AP government and AP human rights and the law. In addition, I have been a part of the school orchestra, as a Viola player since 5th grade. Another interest of mine is entrepreneurship. This past March, I won a 3rd place award at the CT DECA state competition for a small business marketing campaign that I created with with 2 of my peers. I plan on majoring in business and building on my current interests.
