Elementary school was the starting point for athletic competition in soccer, basketball and lacrosse. Club teams in all sports paved the way for fierce competition at the varsity level.

I made the varsity lacrosse team as a freshman and varsity soccer as a sophomore. When needed, I was asked to play in certain varsity basketball games. As an 8th grader on the JV lacrosse team, I was the leading midfield scorer. Freshman year, the varsity lacrosse season was cancelled, but I was voted Nassau County Girls' Lacrosse Freshman/Defender of the Year. As a sophomore, I started and played every minute of each game. I am currently a member of the Long Island Jesters 2023 Black team. My coaches for both teams count on me as a defensive leader who aggressively stops the opposing team's offense by communicating with my teammates. I possess great lacrosse IQ and am quick on my feet, knowing when to slide and pressure the ball. I take pride in my 1-1 defense and ensure that I do not get beat. Ground balls, forced turnovers and quick moves to send the ball out of the defensive end make me a reliable player.

Highlights of my varsity season include winning conference champs, scoring as a defender against our rivals, and being recognized as an All-Conference player. The various sports that I continue to play allow me to develop both offensive and defensive skills that enhance my overall athletic game.

At Bethpage High School, I maintain above a 4.0 GPA, and I am in all honors and AP classes. Specifically, my AP courses include AP Biology, AP World History, and AP Seminar. I am the current class vice president on Student Council, and I will retain that role next year. I am an active member of the French Club, Sophomore Class Club and the Student Civic Association. Additionally, because of my academic success and positive personality, I was elected to be a part of a program called Athletes Helping Athletes where members inspire younger children to make good decisions and learn how to be positive contributors to their sport's teams.

When I am not playing sports, I enjoy going to the beach and shopping with friends. There is never a dull moment with two older sisters, one younger sister and many extended family members who live nearby!
