I'm a two year varsity lacrosse starting Goalie. I made 103 saves in my sophomore season with a 68% save percentage and averaged 3.3 GAA. My team went 18-1 this season; we were Regional and Conference Champions in 2022 and we made it to the MD 3A State Semi-Finals this year. As the starting goalie I played full games for our toughest competition throughout the year/playoffs. I'm comfortable coming out of goal for clearing and groundballs and like to cut off the passing lanes. I've been playing lacrosse since age 4 and started goaltending in 3rd grade.
I sustain a 4.1 GPA as a two-sport student/athlete (Field Hockey and Lacrosse) and have maintained High Honors throughout high school while taking rigorous, Honors/AP courses like AP Government, AP US History, Pre-AP Calculus and Spanish 4. This year I was the JV Field Hockey Captain and was moved up to Varsity for playoffs. I'm an active member on my school's Student Government Association and Key Club. Im also a volunteer Girls Youth Lacrosse Coach.

I have coached Mairead for the past two years at Northern HS. She is a vocal goalie who really leads our defense and keeps everyone in their proper position. She is a great shot stopper as well. Mairead is very adept at coming out of goal, whether it's to get an important ground ball or allow her teammates time to get open on a clear. She has a very high lacrosse IQ and really understands the game. I highly recommend her to any coach or program!
