I started playing lacrosse for the first time in February of my freshman year. Less than a month later I was starting for my school team and made the All-Conference team that season. I was fortunate enough to have a club coach as my school coach, and she strongly recommended that I take lacrosse seriously and try-out for Carolina Fever. During my first school season, I made all-conference. I also made all-conference my sophomore season. The best part of my lacrosse is my athleticism and grit plays, like ground balls and scrapping it out with other players. My coach says that I have great instincts and Lax IQ. Both years of high school, I was the number two-scorer on our team after a D1 commit. I also play basketball and field hockey. In basketball I play guard and lead my team in scoring, assists, and steals; I received honorable mention all-conference honors two years in a row. During field hockey, I received All-State and All-Conference honors playing attack and midfield. This year I am a captain in both sports. I am currently taking AP history, AP English, AP Spanish, honors pre-calculus. I am the First Chair Bass in the school orchestra, volunteer in service club at my school, and I actively participate in JAG (Jewish Affinity Group). I also competed in the National History Day competition and made it to NC state finals. My school does not calculate GPA but my grades are all A and A-.
