Adam DeCristofaro
Recruit Profile
Respected multi-sport athlete (lacrosse/basketball/football) with high sports IQ that coaches and teammates enjoy and rely upon.
Started playing lacrosse in kindergarten and started playing club lacrosse the Summer after 3rd grade on the 2023/2024 Jersey Thunder team. I've been playing in town and for Jersey Thunder since. Both in town and for Jersey Thunder, I've been one of the top scorers on my team every season. I'm relied on as not just a scorer, but as someone who can create opportunities on offense for my teammates and excel on defense.
I finished my sophomore season leading the Mount Olive HS varsity in goals (39) and assists (27) and was voted 2nd Team All-State Group 3 Midfielder, 1st Team All-Rizk Division, 1st Team All-Conference NJAC United, and Team Offensive MVP. As a freshman, I finished the varsity season 3rd in goals and 5th in points.
I also play football and basketball for Mount Olive HS. As a sophomore, I played linebacker, running back and special teams on varsity and was named a 2nd-team all-division linebacker. On the freshman football team, I was a captain and the team MVP, starting at linebacker and receiver. I was a starting guard on the JV basketball team as a sophomore and on the freshman team in 9th grade.
I'm the Mount Olive HS Class of 2024 Vice President, where I'm involved in fundraising and class activities to support the school and the Mount Olive community. I took 4 honors classes as a sophomore and 4 honors classes as a freshman and will finish both years with a weighted GPA over 4.0. I plan on taking 1 honors and 3 AP classes as a Jr.
In college, I'd like to attend a school with strong STEM programs, overall high academics, and a competitive lacrosse team.

John O’Hara
Adam Is one of those rare players that excels at whatever task it put in-front of him. He has the ability to create for himself and knows when to share or shoot the ball. He often initiates our offense and helps control the tempo of our possessions. He works equally hard defending or playing offense, which makes him a great midfielder. His lacrosse IQ has grown is excellent, he not only is the quarterback of the man up, but he is the guy I turn to with the game on the line. Off the field Adam is a great person and is well respected and like by his teammates. He is highly coachable and the kind of kid you want 20 of on your team. His dedication to the game and to his studies makes him an exemplary student athlete. In short, he is the kind of player any coach would want in his program.

Chris Blough
Adam is an outstanding athlete. As a sophomore he lead our team in goals and assists as a midfielder. He has excellent vision, a strong shot, and high level lacrosse IQ. He was without question the player every opposing team tried to stop this year and more often than not, Adam won his matchup.

David Gallucci
Adam is a hard-working athlete with elite level athleticism, skill, and lacrosse IQ. As a freshman, Adam not only established himself as a starter on the Mount Olive Varsity lacrosse team, but he quickly landed himself as the "player to stop" on the scouting report of every opponent. Adam not only excels on the lacrosse field, but as his teacher, I am impressed with his dedication attention to detail in the classroom.
