Entering his first year as the Director of Recruiting and Player Development at True Lacrosse, Michigan, Coach Lee spent the last 21 years coaching at two boarding schools -- Brewster Academy (NH) and The Loomis Chaffee School (CT) -- where he compiled a total record of 202-99 (.671). During that time he was named US Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2005, 2011, and 2015 and named USA Today Coach of the Year in 2015. He lives in Lowell, MI with his wife and daughter.
