Raised playing box lacrosse in San Jose, I initially began playing field lacrosse as a midfielder before converting to LSM. I have participated in ADVNC for numerous years and have played for both the ADVNC San Francisco and National Team. In 2017-18, I had the honor of representing ADVNC in the World Series of Youth Lacrosse, assisting my team on the wings as we acquired 9th place in the world. I have attended 2 Maverik Showtimes in both 2021 and 2022. I have played West Coast Starz for 5 years, have played on the 2022 Nike Pacific Northwest team, and been invited to Black Card for 4 consecutive years. As an LSM I am highly active, communicative, and indefatigable in my approach to the game with a uniquely high-running motor. I am unafraid to guard the opposing team's best player in any circumstance, consistently giving it my all in everything I do. I seek to better my team and those around me by promoting an attitude characterized by respect, honor, and grit in the name of team success.
I have taken many highly regarded and rigorous academic classes, including numerous honors and AP courses at my school, appreciating the challenge they present while maintaining a 4.0+ GPA. I relentlessly seek to better myself academically through the pursuit of aeronautical study and law as I myself aspire to become a pilot, being president of BCP's esteemed R/C avaition club. I have participated in Civil Air Patrol for multiple years and pursue excellence in my extracurriculars such as striving for the Gold level Congressional Award and currently serve as the 2023 President of the Young Men's Service League Rancho chapter, in which I have over 250+ community service hours and received 4 prestigious awards and commendations for my service this year alone. In particular, I place a large emphasis on community service to reciprocate the invaluable opportunities my community, state, and nation has given me as an individual.

Carlos Trujillo
CJ is a spectacular player and an even better leader. His defensive technique, positioning and relentless approach are everything a coach could want in a defender. Capable of playing both LSM and close defense, CJ handles the quickest offensive players in the league and shuts them down. Excellent in transition with his speed, stick skills and decision-making. CJ is a player you can trust in the biggest moments to make the right play. An asset to any college team lucky enough to grab him.
Mo Ryan
CJ is an outstanding young man whose skills on the field are rivaled only by his love for family and leadership off the field. CJ is an aggressive defender always looking to guard the opponent's top offensive threat. He is extremely versatile being able to play both Close D and LSM as well as SSDM depending on the team's needs. CJ has a team first mentality and will do whatever is needed in order to help the team win. As a player he has the ability to play hard nose for ground balls while also being able to demonstrate the finesse needed to move the ball from a congested area in front of the crease up and out into transition. His on field IQ can be seen in his off ball defense and and in his transition game. CJ knows when to push and when to hold back. CJ is a young man of faith and family and his ability to be a great teammate is second to none.
